The problem
Demand planning and replenishment for the country's supermarket chains ran on one analyst and a spreadsheet.
What we built
An engine that ingests raw inventory, applies the real rules, flags exceptions, and writes the order lines automatically.
The result
Identical to the manual report, line for line — then it surfaced roughly 700 weekly shortages the old rule could not see.
